I wish there was a way to not give them any stars!!! This shop is a rip off! They promise to fix your vehicle and it will sit there for a long time even though he is quick to ask for money upfront. My dad is retired and trusted Joel to fix the motor in his truck. He have him the runaround for weeks before actually starting to work on it. After that the truck sat on the side somewhen and was not touched, his excuse that he was waiting on a motor, then the motor was no good, next excuse he ordered a new motor, truck sat there for weeks again and bottom line could not fix it and he is never there when you stop in to follow up on it. My dads vehicle has been at this shop for 6 months!!! Now he feels he can return some money after a certified demand letter but its not even close to 50% of what he has already been paid! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUISNESS!!

The messed up my transmission I simply took it to get checked, 1600 down the drain and it’s still leaking

The details of my experience are of my friends. He had a truck over hailed there. It was costly. And took longer than quoting said. End the end he took home a motor with no transmission fluid in it. He does not tow. And because of the warranty asked my friend to return the truck to his yard. Repairs are on going.

had my inner and outer tie rods changed also complete strut assembly, lower control arms and ball joints. Great service spoke to Joel about other issues and he answered my questions. Awesome price and car was ready the same day each time I dropped it off. Waited about only an hour for both my front struts and lower control arms to be worked on. My brother in law recommended him to us and I've been bringing my car to him ever since I had an issue with my air compressor.

We took our truck in my husband paid over a thousand dollars cash came back his window was busted out and the tailgate was dented. Then him and his bother tried fighting with my husband because my husband was upset now we have to file on them in court. We can't believe the service here not to mention we had a full tank of gas when the truck was dropped off and a fouth of a tank when we picked it up he said he would fix the window but not the tailgate and that did not happen my husband had to get it done himself so again we will be going to court. And his check engine light is still on. It's sad because he has worked on my cars before and done good work but now is just shocking the service we received. People change
